1. Introduction

1.1 Platform Scope

Our platform includes the following components:

Administration Side: Manage the entire system, including users, menus, and settings.

Point of Sale (POS) System: Facilitate staff operations for order management.

Kitchen Display System (KDS): Streamline order preparation and tracking in the kitchen.

Customer Side: Enables customers to interact with the system by scanning a QR code at their table, allowing them to send orders directly from their devices.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

2. Accounts and Access

2.1 Account Creation

Users must create an account to use the platform. The process is designed to be simple and user-friendly.:

2.2 Account Roles

Admin Account: Responsible for managing the entire system, including creating POS and KDS accounts.

Other Accounts: Created by the admin for specific roles such as POS and KDS.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Trial and Subscription

We offer a trial period for new users. After the trial, continued use of the platform requires a subscription.

3.2 Refund Policy

If you cancel your subscription, we will refund unused time on a pro-rata basis.

4. Content and Data

4.1 Data Collection

We collect and store data provided by users, as well as additional data such as IP addresses and approximate locations. This data helps us monitor service usage and deliver the functionality you expect.

4.2 User Content

Users can upload, create, and manage their content, including menu items, categories, tables, and settings. You retain ownership of all content you upload.

5. Liability

5.1 System Failures or Outages

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any system failures or outages promptly. However, we are not liable for losses caused by:

Events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, natural disasters).

Failures from third-party service providers.

5.2 Misuse of the System

We are not liable for damages resulting from:

User misuse, errors, or unauthorized access.

Failure to follow onboarding instructions or guidelines provided.

6. Termination

6.1 By the User

You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings.

6.2 By the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay subscription fees.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

We retain ownership of all software, designs, and related assets. Users retain ownership of their content uploaded to the system.

7.2 License

Users are granted a license to use the system during the trial and subscription periods, as well as any applicable grace period.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Moroccan law.
